English Teacher – Secondary Schools (Northamptonshire)
Locations: Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough & Rushden
Start Date: ASAP

With positions available for an immediate start, we can offer both short-term flexible assignments and long-term or permanent roles to suit your career goals and availability.
The Role:

Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (Key Stage 5 experience desirable but not essential)

Inspire students to develop a love for literature, language, and learning

Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum standards

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Work collaboratively with school staff to support student progress and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature

Excellent classroom management skills

A proactive and flexible approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
