English Teachers – Flexible Work with Fast Progression to Long-Term Roles

Pay: £130–£200 per day
Location: Secondary school in Leeds
Employment type: Day-to-day supply with strong potential for long-term role

If you’re a qualified English Teacher looking for your next step in Leds, supply offers a straightforward way to work flexibly, take on ad hoc cover, and build connections while you find a school that genuinely suits you. You’ll begin by supporting local secondary schools with short-notice, day-to-day cover, usually with planning already in place. It’s a simple and reliable way to stay in the classroom while keeping full control of your week.

English is consistently in demand across Bristol, so these initial bookings often progress into longer-term roles. Many teachers step into ongoing English posts within weeks, and sometimes immediately once cleared. Your subject expertise, combined with our strong local relationships, puts you in a great position from day one.

• Support pupils with reading, writing and analytical skills
• Adapt confidently to different schools and classrooms
