Are you a passionate and dedicated English Teacher looking for your next opportunity?
Teaching Personnel are currently working with a secondary school in Leamington Spa who are looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.
The Role
- Teaching English Language and Literature across the secondary age range
- Planning and delivering engaging, challenging and creative lessons
- Inspiring students to develop their reading, writing and communication skills
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with the wider English department
- Full-time position starting ASAP
- Paid to Scale – MPS/UPS
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an English Teacher who:
- Has experience teaching English within a secondary school
- Holds QTS or equivalent – ECTs are welcome to apply
- Has strong classroom management skills
- Has experience supporting students with special educational needs and shows an awareness of how to adapt lessons to suit these individuals
- Is passionate about English and inspiring students
- Can build positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Is committed, reliable and enthusiastic
