**TEACHING PERSONNEL PAYS TO SCALE FOR ALL LONG-TERM CONTRACTS**
Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English teacher to join our team at a secondary school in the Coleshill area. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the secondary English curriculum and have experience working with students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
The ideal candidate will be QTS qualified and have experience working with class sizes of up to 30 students. They will also have experience planning and organising lessons that are engaging and follow the curriculum specification.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
- UK Teacher Qualification with QTS (or NQT).
- DBS certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in English Literature or Language
- Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teaching classes of up to 30 pupils.
- Have vast knowledge and understanding of the mathematics curriculum.
- Assess and monitor students’ progress across the academic year.
- Encourage and motivate the learning of the pupils.
- Prepare and implement lessons to a high standard.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
