English teacher –  Birmingham

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic English teacher for a permanent role from September!

If you specialise in Key Stages 3 & 4, can deliver the English curriculum effectively and are passionate about working with young people, we’d love to hear from you!

To be considered for this full time role you’ll need

  • UK QTS
  • Clear DBS Disclosure
  • Good behaviour management skills
  • An ability to create engaging lessons that inspire your students.

Near Birmingham New Street Station, making it an easy commute from anywhere in Birmingham and the surrounding area!

The school:

This academy is part of a larger trust marked ‘outstanding’ in a recent Ofsted report. It’s oversubscribed due to its excellent reputation, and the innovative English department deliver consistently good results at GCSE level. The academy has fewer students than average and students are polite, friendly and eager to learn.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
