Teaching Personnel permanent workforce are working in collaboration with an independent online school in southwest London who are looking for an English teacher to lead the faculty from September. This is a full-time permanent position where the successful English teacher will be contracted to 40 hours per week.
Head of English
Salary: Competitive Salary will be commensurate with experience and will recognise the responsibility that this post entails.
Hours/Weeks: Full Time (6:15 am to 4:30 pm)
Location: (All staff members work from our school site in Clapham)
N.B: UK-based candidates will only be considered.
The start for this post is September 2023.

English is one of the strongest departments at the school with exceptional results at both iGCSE, 92% 9-6 with 74% 9-8, and iA Level, 100% A*-C (most recent cohorts). Students are able to obtain value-added scores significantly above their benchmark target grades.
Aided by our small class sizes in all Key Stages they offer a personalised learning experience. Therefore, alongside achieving fantastic results in public examinations they are able to instil our students with confidence and equip them with life-long transferable skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
