About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver inspiring Engineering lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students

• Use a variety of teaching methods to engage learners of all abilities

• Assess and track student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment

• Contribute to departmental meetings and school events

• Support extra-curricular engineering projects or clubs (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Strong subject knowledge in Engineering and/or Design Technology

• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Enthusiasm for motivating students and fostering their interest in engineering

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership
