About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver inspiring Engineering lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students

Use a variety of teaching methods to engage learners of all abilities

Assess and track student progress and provide constructive feedback

Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment

Contribute to departmental meetings and school events

Support extra-curricular engineering projects or clubs (if applicable)
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Strong subject knowledge in Engineering and/or Design Technology

Experience teaching in a secondary school setting preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Enthusiasm for motivating students and fostering their interest in engineering

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership
