This role is ideal for newly qualified teachers looking to build confidence, gain valuable classroom experience, and explore a variety of school settings. Whether you are looking for full-time supply, part-time work, or selected days each week, we can offer opportunities that fit around your availability and preferences.

As an ECT, supply teaching can be an excellent way to develop your classroom practice, build confidence, and experience different school environments before securing a permanent position.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support pupils' academic and personal development
• Adapt confidently to different school settings
• Follow school policies and procedures
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected QTS completion
• Recent teaching placement experience within primary schools
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and professional approach
• Passion for supporting pupil progress and achievement
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
