Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Pay Rate: £90 - £97
Contract: Temporary
Location: Camborne Area
Teaching personnel are currently looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant in the Camborne area. We are looking to place someone in an Early years setting that is a exciting, caring, affectionate and gentle place, The children arrive eagerly each day full of excitement and their families are delighted with how smoothly the setting is run.
Requirements:
- GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
- Experience working with children in an early years setting.
- Knowledge of child development.
- Understand the EYFS.
- Ability to assist the teacher with classroom activities.
- Have basic first aid.
Responsibilities:
- Have good communication
- Be able to support the teacher in lesson/activity planning.
- Supporting children’s development.
- Observing children and reporting concerns to the teacher.
- Support in the preparation, upkeep and organisation of the learning environment.

In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £49.50, plus an annual subscription fee of £16 for the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
