EYFS Teaching Assistant Jobs in Leyland

We are looking for experienced and qualified EYFS Teaching Assistants to work within primary schools and nursery settings throughout Leyland on a flexible, daily supply basis.

This role is perfect for candidates seeking flexible work arrangements, part-time opportunities, or positions that fit around personal commitments. As part of our bank staff team, you'll have the flexibility to accept assignments that suit your availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support learning and development within EYFS classrooms and nurseries.
  • Assist in delivering creative and engaging educational activities.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and social development.
  • Support children's individual learning needs.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

Requirements

  • Minimum Level 2 Early Years Qualification (essential).
  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (preferred).
  • Experience supporting children within EYFS settings.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Flexible and professional approach.
  • Passion for supporting early childhood development.
