Early Years Teaching Assistant – Garstang (PR3)

Teaching Personnel are supporting a welcoming and community-focused primary school in the Garstang (PR3) area to appoint a committed Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team on a full-time basis.
This “GOOD” Lancashire primary school is seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing practitioner who can support pupils across their Reception class, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment from day one.
The school are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children within an Early Years setting
- Can confidently plan and deliver small-group and 1:1 activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Is creative, proactive and passionate about supporting children at the earliest stage of their education
- Brings a positive attitude and acts as a strong role model for pupils
- Is able to work collaboratively as part of a vibrant and supportive EYFS team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
