Early Years Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment

• Assist with planning and implementing educational activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Provide emotional and practical support to children aged 3–5

• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Monitor and record children's progress and development

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine love for working with young children

• Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or is working towards one)

• Is patient, reliable, and energetic

• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Understands the importance of safeguarding and child development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
