Early Years Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our warm, supportive, and inclusive early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is caring, creative, and committed to providing the best possible start for every child.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment

Assist with planning and implementing educational activities in line with the EYFS framework
-
Provide emotional and practical support to children aged 3–5
-
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
-
Monitor and record children's progress and development
We are looking for someone who:

Has a genuine love for working with young children
-
Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or is working towards one)
-
Is patient, reliable, and energetic
-
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
Understands the importance of safeguarding and child development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
