EYFS Teacher – Full Time
Start Date: W/C 1st of June 2026
Location: BH8 Area
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join one of our welcoming and well-regarded mainstream primary schools in the BH8 area. This is a full-time position starting after the May half term, offering an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and nurturing school community.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning within the EYFS framework, creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s early development, fostering curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
- Assess, monitor, and record pupils’ progress, ensuring all children reach their full potential
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupils’ development
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within EYFS (NQTs/ECTs are welcome to apply)
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Be enthusiastic, nurturing, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
