Nursery Practitioner – Part Time and Full Time roles available
Warrington / Immediate Start

Teaching Personnel are supporting a friendly and supportive nursery in Wigan in their search for Nursery Practitioners to join their team with an immediate start.

This role is ideal for a passionate early years practitioner who enjoys helping children learn, grow and thrive within a caring, play-led environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds an Early Years qualification (or is currently working towards one).
  • Has experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Is enthusiastic, patient and enjoys working with young children.
  • Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is happy to apply for one.

Your role will involve:

  • Supporting children’s development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
  • Helping to create a warm, safe and stimulating learning space.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
  • Working closely with colleagues and families to support each child’s needs.
  • Assisting with day-to-day routines, including play, mealtimes and personal care.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
