A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bedford is looking to appoint an Early Years Practitioner to join their team after May half term. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-supported Early Years setting with the potential to continue into the new academic year for the right candidate.
The school is part of a respected multi-academy trust, offering strong collaboration between schools, shared resources, and excellent support for staff development.
Your Responsibilities:
• Support children across the Early Years setting through play-based learning
• Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality provision
• Encourage independence, communication, and positive behaviour
Essential Job Requirements:
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong understanding of EYFS principles
• Caring, patient, and proactive approach
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
• Passion for supporting early childhood development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
