Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools in Gateshead, Sunderland, and Newcastle.

Whether you've recently completed your teacher training or are looking to build valuable classroom experience before securing a permanent role, we have a range of exciting opportunities available. The Role

• Deliver engaging lessons across the primary age range, following school planning where appropriate.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt confidently to different school settings and classroom routines.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Take on a mixture of day-to-day supply, short-term placements, and long-term teaching opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds (or is due to obtain) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Is an Early Career Teacher looking to gain experience across a range of primary settings.
• Is flexible and confident teaching across different primary age groups.
• Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Is reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting pupils' learning and development.
• Is adaptable and enjoys working in a variety of school environments.
