Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to start your teaching career and gain valuable experience in schools across Taunton and the surrounding areas?

Teaching Personnel are looking to work with enthusiastic and motivated ECTs who are ready to take their first steps into the classroom. Whether you're looking to gain experience across different schools, build your confidence before securing a permanent position, or find the right school environment for you, we can support you throughout your journey.

Working with Teaching Personnel gives you the opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, develop your teaching skills and build your professional network, while having the support of a dedicated local consultant.

About the Opportunity

As an ECT working with Teaching Personnel, you could have the opportunity to work across a range of primary schools in Taunton and the surrounding Somerset area.

You don't need years of teaching experience to work with us. We're particularly interested in supporting ECTs who are keen to gain experience, develop their confidence and find their feet in the profession.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
