Early Career Teachers (ECTs) – Supply Opportunities

Location: Bristol & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Flexible (Full Time & Part Time Available)
Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing

Have you recently completed your PGCE and looking to gain valuable classroom experience?

We are working with a range of welcoming schools across Bristol who are keen to support Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through flexible supply teaching opportunities. Supply is a fantastic way to build confidence, develop your teaching style, and get your foot in the door with local schools.

Whether you’re looking for consistent work or flexible days to suit your schedule, this is a great opportunity to gain exposure across different settings before committing to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects or key stages
  • Engage and support pupils in their learning
  • Adapt to different classroom environments quickly and confidently
  • Manage behaviour in line with school policies
  • Provide feedback to staff where required

Requirements:

  • Recently completed PGCE (or due to complete shortly)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending
  • Passion for teaching and supporting young people
  • Flexible, proactive and positive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
