Job description

Calling all ECT’s looking for a new start after half term!

We are looking for someone who:

• Can demonstrate excellent practice in teaching and learning

• Is adaptable and reflective and who has lots of experience of working with children within disadvantaged areas

• Has a clear understanding of the needs of all pupils and can motivate and inspire our children to learn.

• Understands our whole school ethos, approach and vision for learning,

• Is committed to working in close partnership with parents and carers, school colleagues and the wider community.

• Enjoys working as part of a dedicated and effective team.

• Must have a genuine love of working with children and understand the concept that behaviour is a form of communication. In return we can offer:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
