Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Drama Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools in the Exmouth area on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Drama specialist who can inspire students through performance, creativity and practical learning.
The Role
- Deliver engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan and deliver creative and inclusive lessons.
- Inspire students to develop their confidence and performance skills.
- Encourage creativity, collaboration and independent thinking.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and well-managed learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.
- A degree or relevant qualification in Drama/Theatre.
- Experience teaching Drama within a secondary school environment.
- Creative, enthusiastic and confident in the classroom.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about developing students' confidence and creativity.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
