Teaching Personnel are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Drama Teacher for day-to-day or long-term cover in a friendly secondary school in Maidstone. This role is perfect for someone who loves inspiring students through performance and theatre, helping them build confidence, creativity, and teamwork.

Role Overview:

• Deliver engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Plan and adapt lessons to suit different classes and ability levels

• Support school productions, workshops, and extra-curricular activities

• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment

The ideal candidate:

• Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

• Has experience teaching Drama in a UK secondary setting

• Is passionate, adaptable, and confident in classroom management

• Enjoys bringing creativity and energy to lessons and school life

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
