Teacher of Performing Arts (Drama Specialism)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are seeking a fully qualified Teacher of Performing Arts, with a specialism in Drama, to join a vibrant and forward-thinking secondary school from September.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and enthusiastic department where creativity is highly valued and students are encouraged to explore, take risks and develop confidence through the performing arts.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and inspiring Drama lessons across Key Stages
- Contribute to a broad and ambitious performing arts curriculum
- Support and encourage students of all abilities to achieve their potential
- Take part in productions, performances and enrichment activities
- Work collaboratively within a committed and creative team
The Ideal Candidate
- Is a fully qualified teacher (QTS) with a Drama specialism
- Has a passion for performing arts and engaging young people
- Is committed to high standards of teaching and learning
- Is reflective, enthusiastic and keen to develop professionally
- Early Career Teachers are warmly welcomed and well supported

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
