Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Design & Technology Teachers to work across secondary schools in Sheffield. Whether you are an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience or an experienced teacher seeking greater flexibility, we have a range of opportunities available.
The Role
As a Design & Technology Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of Sheffield schools, teaching engaging and practical lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, supporting pupil progress and creating a positive learning environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for ECTs to build confidence, develop classroom experience and gain exposure to different school environments, with the potential to secure longer-term or permanent positions.
We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently working towards QTS
- A specialism in Design & Technology or a related subject
- The ability to teach engaging and practical lessons
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A commitment to supporting pupil progress
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
