Salary: Leadership Scale L14–L18
Contract: Temp to Perm or Permanent

The School:
This is a specialist provision for children and young people with complex SEN, including ASD, communication and interaction needs, SEMH, and medical or physical challenges. Staff are passionate, the ethos is inclusive, and the ambition is sky-high.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A proven SLT member or Deputy Headteacher with a clear track record of impact
- A leader with SEN experience, particularly in complex and challenging needs
- Someone with DSL experience and a strong grasp of safeguarding responsibilities
- A confident, proactive, and resilient presence who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A creative thinker with initiative, empathy, and the drive to empower both staff and pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
