Teaching Personnel is seeking talented and dedicated Dance Teachers to work in schools across Northampton and surrounding areas for the new academic year. We are currently offering a wide range of flexible contracts including short-term, long-term, full-time, and part-time positions, giving you the freedom to shape your career around your lifestyle.

We work with a variety of secondary schools and academies that are eager to enrich their creative curriculum with enthusiastic and engaging educators. Whether you specialize in contemporary, street, ballet, or jazz, your expertise can help ignite a lifelong love of dance in your students.

As a Dance Teacher through Teaching Personnel, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality dance lessons tailored to a range of abilities.

  • Inspire creativity, confidence, and collaboration through expressive movement.

  • Contribute to school productions, showcases, and enrichment programmes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience.

  • A strong background in dance and performance.

  • A commitment to student development and wellbeing.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
