Teacher of Dance – Key Stage 3 and 4, Fareham
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Fixed Term (1 Academic Term, until December 2026)
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary setting to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Dance to join their team on a fixed-term basis from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver high-quality Dance lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, including GCSE Dance. The successful candidate will be dedicated to inspiring students of all abilities and supporting them to achieve their full potential.
The role sits within a well-resourced department with a strong emphasis on consistent teaching practice, inclusive learning, and high expectations for all learners. You will be expected to deliver engaging lessons using structured approaches such as adaptive teaching, effective questioning techniques, and inclusive strategies that ensure all students can succeed.
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently working towards it (ECTs encouraged to apply)
- Strong subject knowledge within Dance
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A commitment to raising attainment and delivering high-quality teaching
- Enthusiasm for contributing to extra-curricular activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
