Job description

Do you have experience as a cover supervisor?

Are you confident following lesson plans and delivering engaging lessons to a range of secondary school students?

 

If so, we want to hear from you!

We are working with a mainstream secondary school in the Solihull area (B90) who require flexible, day-to-day, reliable cover supervisors to step up in place of the class teacher.

 

Hours: Flexible

Rate of pay: £95-110 (dependent upon experiences)

 

If you can:

- Follow lesson plans accurately

- Have strong classroom presence and effectively manage behaviour

- Engage all learners within the class 

- Draw on your previous experiences within similar roles

- Communicate effectively with other staff members

- Create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
