Job Title: Cover Supervisor Reading

Location: South East England, Berkshire, Reading

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hours

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £90 - £140 Per day

Qualifications: Degree, Education, PGCE

Skills: Organised

Job Duties:

  • Supervising students in the absence of a teacher
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons
  • Managing classroom behaviour
  • Assisting with administrative tasks
  • Ensuring a safe and productive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Education or a related field
  • PGCE qualification
  • Previous experience working in an educational setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Cover Supervisor
  • Additional qualifications in Education or Teaching

Working Conditions:

  • Part-time hours, temporary position
  • Work within a school environment
  • Opportunity to support students' learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
