The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise classes of students aged 11–16 during teacher absences
  • Maintain a productive and engaging learning environment
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans
  • Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
  • Support students to stay on task and make progress

  • Experience working with secondary-aged students (no formal qualifications required!)
  • Confident, flexible, and able to adapt to different classrooms
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
