Cover Supervisor – Step Into the Classroom & Build Your Education Career

Location: Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr & Caerphilly 
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time — Until end of academic year
Pay: £110–£125 per day (based on experience)

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Leading whole classes during teacher absence

  • Delivering structured, pre-set lessons with confidence

  • Keeping pupils focused, engaged, and on task

  • Managing classroom behaviour using school systems

  • Supporting learning through clear guidance and encouragement

  • Adjusting quickly to different subjects and age groups

  • Providing handover feedback to teaching staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
