Cover Supervisor

Location: South Manchester
Pay: £450 - £525 per week (based on 5 days)

Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools in South Manchester. About the Role

  • Supervise lessons across a range of subjects during teacher absences.
  • Deliver pre-prepared work and keep students engaged and on task.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
  • Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and any issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage groups of students confidently.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable).
  • A degree or relevant qualification is advantageous but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
