The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising classes of students aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences
- Ensuring learning continues productively
- Delivering pre-planned lessons
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Maintaining a focused and effective learning environment

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with secondary aged students (qualifications not needed!)
- Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
