This setting supports pupils aged 3–19 with a wide range of needs including Autism (ASC), PMLD, and MLD.

⭐ About the Role

As a Complex Needs Support Officer, you will support children and young people with a variety of additional learning needs. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing 1:1 SEN support for pupils with complex or high‑level needs
• Delivering group support or whole‑class support, depending on the age group
• Supporting pupils with communication, sensory needs and emotional regulation
• Assisting with behaviour support strategies
• Helping maintain a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
• Supporting personal care needs where required

This role is ideal for candidates who are energetic, compassionate and confident working with children of all ages.
