COMPLEX NEEDS SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Our partner schools across Welwyn Garden City are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support children with SEN. These rewarding roles involve working 1:1 or in small groups, helping students thrive in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Passion for working with children – essential!
✔ Experience with SEN (preferred but not required)
✔ A DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
✔ Proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in classroom activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
