Location: Llanelli
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Term Time Only
Pay: £14.25 per hour
Start Date: September 2026

We are recruiting Complex Needs Support Assistants to join a specialist educational setting in Llanelli, supporting pupils aged 3-19 with a range of additional learning needs, including autism, learning difficulties, communication needs, physical disabilities and complex medical needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help pupils build confidence, independence and life skills within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
The Role
As a Complex Needs Support Assistant, you will:
✅ Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small-group basis
✅ Encourage communication, engagement and independence
✅ Assist with sensory, creative and outdoor learning activities
✅ Support daily routines and personal development
✅ Work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff
✅ Help create a positive and supportive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
