Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in education? We are currently recruiting Classroom Support Assistants to work within a range of SEN and SEMH schools across Skelmersdale.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident, resilient, and keen to support pupils who may have additional needs, social, emotional and mental health difficulties, or challenging behaviours.

The Role:

• Providing classroom support to pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Assisting teachers with daily learning activities.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
• Building strong relationships with students to help them achieve their potential.
• Supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom.

We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults.
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach.
• Confidence managing challenging behaviours.
• Backgrounds in education, care, youth work, coaching, support work, or similar roles are highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
