Class teacher - Primary/Secondary

Start Date September 2020 or soon after

This school in Maidenhead caters for pupils with Autism and their aim is to provide an environment with therapeutic support and excellent teaching to allow pupils to achieve their full potential. The school supports pupils that leave to progress into training, employment, or further education. They believe that all pupils have the opportunity to thrive given the right guidance.

As a Class Teacher you will work I partnership with parents, teachers, behaviour therapists, speech and language therapist and occupational therapists.

These teaching opportunities will be great opportunities for teachers looking to expand in their teaching career or for NQT’s looking to make a significant contribution to the lives of the students.

Successful applicants:

  • Good or Outstanding Teacher who is passionate about encouraging pupil’s success
  • Committed to work in partnership with other SEN professionals
  • Have a good understanding of Primary or Secondary curriculum
  • Hold a UK QTS
  • Experience teaching SEN in either a Mainstream or Specialist School.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
