About the Role:

As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that support pupils’ academic and personal development. You will work collaboratively with a supportive staff team and leadership who are committed to professional growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative and well-structured lessons in line with the Curriculum for Wales
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where every child is supported to achieve their full potential
• Use formative and summative assessments to track pupil progress and inform planning
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including staff meetings, CPD, and school events
• Uphold and promote the school’s values and safeguarding policies

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching in a primary setting (NQTs/ECTs are also encouraged to apply)
• Be passionate about providing a high-quality education for all children
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and a commitment to inclusion
• Show strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Be committed to ongoing professional development
