Class Teacher
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an imaginative and motivated Class Teacher to join a specialist education provision in Dorset from September 2026, with flexibility for an earlier start if available.
This full-time fixed-term position offers the chance to make a lasting impact within a highly inclusive setting dedicated to supporting children and young people with additional learning needs.
About the Role
The school is looking for an educator who brings enthusiasm, adaptability and a genuine commitment to helping pupils overcome barriers to learning. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning styles, encouraging pupils to build confidence, independence and academic progress within a nurturing environment.
This role would suit a teacher who thrives on creativity, enjoys thinking outside the box and understands the importance of relational practice in specialist education. Pupils benefit from personalised learning approaches and staff work collaboratively to ensure every child feels supported, challenged and celebrated.

Additional Requirements
The position may involve working across different educational sites within the local area; therefore, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
