Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school community in Gillingham. The Role

As a Class Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching that motivates and engages pupils
  • Plan and deliver creative lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued
  • Assess progress effectively and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has strong classroom practice and high expectations for all learners
  • Is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential
  • Can create engaging and purposeful learning experiences
  • Works collaboratively as part of a team
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Brings enthusiasm, warmth and a commitment to safeguarding and wellbeing

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
