A welcoming school in the Leighton Buzzard area is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join their team. The role is suitable for experienced teachers and those looking for a new long-term opportunity.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Manage behaviour confidently and consistently
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Support pupil progress and development
• Work closely with colleagues and support staff

Essential Job Requirements:

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification
• Classroom teaching experience
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Confident and adaptable approach
• Passion for supporting pupil progress
