⭐ Stay calm under pressure and can see beyond challenging behaviour.
⭐ Are resilient, patient and have a great sense of humour.

⭐ Have experience working with children or young people—or you're ready to transfer your skills from care, youth work, coaching, support work or similar backgrounds.

Your day could include:

• Supporting students both in and out of the classroom.
• Helping pupils regulate their emotions and engage with learning.
• Encouraging confidence, resilience and positive behaviour.
• Working alongside a fantastic, experienced team who genuinely care.
• Celebrating the small wins that lead to life-changing progress.

What you'll need:

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – this is essential due to the school's rural location.
Availability to start in September.
A positive attitude, resilience and a genuine passion for supporting young people.
