This provision works with young people who may have experienced barriers to learning, challenging life circumstances, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, behavioural difficulties, or periods of exclusion from mainstream education. Staff play a vital role in helping learners re-engage with education, develop life skills, and achieve positive outcomes.
