Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

Location: Enfield, London

Role: ASD,SEMH Support Teaching assistant

Duration: Full time and part time roles available

Pay: £90 to £105 per day (paid on a weekly basis)

 

Are you seeking a rewarding position within a SEN Primary School supporting children and improving outcomes for young people?

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for people with knowledge of supporting students with varying SEN needs. Teaching assistants will work 1:1 and work with small groups of identified pupils, improving behaviour, academic levels and outcomes.

About the role:

  • Dedicated and consistent as building and maintaining positive relationships is vital
  • A warm and friendly approach
  • An understanding approach to those who require positive behaviour management
  • Providing support for children with SEN.
  • Assist in different behaviour management techniques.
  • Provide support in the classroom.
  • Work 1:1 and possibly 2:1 and small groups.

Essential criteria:

  • Have a child only DBS on the Update Service - or be willing to apply for one
  • Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
