  • Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Encourage confidence, resilience, and personal development.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally within education, care, youth work, or support settings.
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
  • An understanding of SEMH, SEND, challenging behaviour, or trauma-informed practices is desirable.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and helping them succeed.

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to make a real impact on young people's lives.
  • Work within a supportive and trauma-informed environment.
