Art Teacher – Part‑Time (2 Roles Available)

Teaching Personnel are working with a well‑established school in the Truro area who are seeking two passionate and skilled Art Teachers to join their team from September.
These are part‑time, permanent opportunities, each working 3 days per week (0.6 FTE), delivering Art across different age ranges.
Available Roles
- Role 1: Teaching Art to Years 3–8 (fixed‑term maternity cover)
- Role 2: Teaching Art to Years 9–11 (permanent position)
Both positions offer the chance to inspire creativity, confidence and critical thinking within a supportive and close‑knit school environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience teaching Art across primary and/or secondary age groups, including KS4 / GCSE
- Deliver engaging, imaginative lessons that inspire creativity
- Build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisation
- Be flexible, proactive and committed to high standards of teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
