Art Teacher – Secondary School (S8, Sheffield)

Start Date: 15th December 2025
Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent (or specify if temporary or maternity cover)
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)

Are you a passionate and creative Art Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of young artists?
Our vibrant and inclusive secondary school in the S8 area of Sheffield is seeking an enthusiastic Art Teacher to join our team from 15th December 2025.

About the Role:

You’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking department that values creativity, innovation, and individuality. You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons that help students explore a wide range of artistic techniques, media, and art history while fostering their confidence and imagination.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a specialism in Art & Design

  • A creative and inspiring approach to teaching

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • A commitment to high expectations and inclusive education

  • Experience teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
