Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Art & Design lessons for Key Stages 3 and 4
• Encourage creativity through a range of artistic techniques and mediums
• Support students in developing confidence and technical ability in Art
• Maintain an inclusive and structured learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Art at secondary level (KS3 & KS4)
• A strong passion for Art and the ability to inspire students
• Effective classroom management and adaptability
• Commitment to fostering a positive and creative learning environment
