Administration / Exams Officer Needed ASAP!

SEMH School – Egham
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Are you organised, calm under pressure, and great at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

A supportive SEMH school in Egham is looking for a reliable and proactive Administration / Exams Officer to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a key role within the school, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and can confidently manage administrative and exam-related responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the school office
  • Coordinating exam entries, timetables and arrangements
  • Maintaining accurate student records and documentation
  • Communicating with staff, students, parents and external agencies
  • Providing general administrative support across the school

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous administration experience within a school environment is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and IT skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • A professional, positive and adaptable attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
