Job description

Teaching Personnel are looking for a confident, adaptable communicator who can connect with pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ASD, SEMH, SEBD). If you are caring, patient and able to help create a safe, structured classroom then you will be ideal for this role.

Experience working with children with ALN is a bonus, as is previous school experience.

Location: Swansea

What you’ll need:

  • Previous child-facing experience. This can be from a voluntary or paid roles, personal or professional.
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding procedures
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to support pupils on a 1:1 basis as well as group settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
